Here's what the manual says about turning off teh auto-arming freature

turn ign switch on-off-on-off-on-
Press left turn signal 2x - you should get 2 or 3 flashes of the turn sigals
Press and hold Key FOB until you get confirmation - 1 flash of the turn signals
Press and hold Key FOB until you get confirmation - 2 flash of the turn signals
Press left turn signal once - this should show 2 flashes of the turn signals to indicate auto-arming is enabled.
press left signal once -- should get one flash of the signal to indicate auto-arming is disabled
Turn ignition off
