Yes, the hangar bracket under the saddle bag is there. The muffler mounts in the same place as would a dual exhaust.

That would be the measurement I need. From the head pipe end of the muffler to where the hanger bracket would bolt to. Thanks!

Default The Bike is Back Together!

After purchasing parts at the Harley dealer this morning (9 AM) I spent much of the day putting the bike back together. I had breaks in between as I had to do my husband / fatherly duties.

It was close to 10 PM when I took the bike out for a short test ride. Tomorrow I will take it on a longer ride. The SuperTrapp is definitely quieter and it looks great! Although the previous owner had the bike serviced I went ahead and put Syn3 in everything along with a fresh oil filter. I also changed the exhaust gaskets.

My thanks to all for support and advice! I really appreciate having this user forum as a resource.

Front of header pipe to end of header pipe as best as I can measure 38.5 / 39".

This may help as well? http://www.baggersmag.com/tech/0907_.../photo_01.html
