Yes that is what they tell me. If they do not stock it it is not returnable. Kind of upsets me to when you spend all that money for an item. It is not a close out jacket either

This is a pretty nice jacket, but I will never exchange my FXRG jacket.
It is twice the price but it is all worth it.

Well all three dealers around me have this policy. I am also going with this one because I still get 20% off till March on Apparel for buying my Ember Red SG there and 10% off of parts. They have been good to me, but thats the way dealers are around here. I believe they would have no trouble selling this jacket if I would have to order a different size especially being in an x-large. I have leather now that is starting to show its age and I thought maybe doing something different with this sort of look being more of the swede leather that can be used a warmer jacket in the cooler months and take the liner out for a jacket if needed in the summer months
