Never ever. Never . And who said Harley black? Are ya kidding? Lol. Omg....
Why? Do you ride on the sidewalls? Give me a frigging break. Non bikers would say anyone that rides a motorcycle has a death wish too. So how much truth is in that statement?....about as much as yours.....none.

I work for the Fire Department.
2 weeks ago went to a call, guy on a Street Glide who dropped it on a slow speed corner. Minor damage, minimal injury other than pride.
His buddy told us he just finished cleaning the bike and put armorall on the tires.
Keep it very far from the tread surface or be ready to slide.

I spray it on a rag and wipe it sparingly on the sidewall only. No problems.

Well mike first I did say JMO which is just my opinion.
My personal reason is I do not want anything slippery anywhere near my tires tread patch.

In my opinion.....if your running in the rain you run the risk of that stuff flinging off from the wet road FROM the front tire sidewall and flinging onto the tread patch of your rear tire.

I've gone down in my 30 years....it ain't pretty. That's why I personally would never trade a Nice looking sidewall for possible loss of traction. Again...jmo.

I agree with gliden I wouldn't put anything like that s**t on my tires. Besides who cares how shiny your tires look if you just bounced your head off the pavement trying to go through a curve.

Using Beach White is good for whitewalls and cleaning but won't make older tires look nice, in my opinion. I don't like shiny tires but do like them to look new/nice. Tires get aged looking, grey, red, etc.. I wipe my sidewalls with 303 Aerospace Protectant. It is water based, not petrolium. I spray it on a damp cloth first and us sparingly, maybe 2-3 times a year maybe when the bike gets a good cleaning. I also use it on the inner fairing to keep it from turning grey.

^^^^^ +1 ^^^^^ works good on the grips and seat, plus your butt don't slide around like it will with armor all
