Ian Martinez. he is an MSF rider coach and competes in police motor competition.
That's as much information as I have, just that he teaches in California. He has some clips on you tube as matinezian65 if you google that.

I struggle with 22 to 24 ft turns and he's doing them over and over inside 18 ft
