Anyone with this color done any pinstriping or paint mods?
Got pix?
I have searched the web and found some pretty descent paint schemes, but figured some of the peeps on here must have some pretty trick detailing or mods.
TIA
I have gold flames on the fairing, front fender, saddlebags and tank of a Red 2012 Limited. I wouldn't really call it trick, but it does distiguish mine from everyone else's. The people that see it all comment about liking it.
When the stripper suggested the gold, I was very hesitant, as I just couldn't imagine gold looking good with Red and Merlot, but it does. That's why I dion't dress myself, I got no eye for what works.
I have since seen a 2005 CVO that is red with gold accents and it really pops.

Do you have any pix Bill?
The factory accents are gold on my Classic, but a friend of mine just had his 07 SG painted about 3 shades of grey-silver and 1 or 2 of those colors would look sharp with the red, I would think.
I am not sure if I want to 2 tone the paint, or just accent with some graphics.
Thats why I figured there would be some peeps here who would be proud enough to want to show them off.
Don't have any extra strips or anything but I had the inner fairings painted along with the heat shields. I have yet to see another bike on the road that has painted heat shields to match. It really looks good and stands out.
we have done a color match in powder and used it on a set of wheels with flat black, intake we made for a customer, and fender for a customer as well... here are some pics (all of this is powder)
