I used the hate gloves, now I can't ride without them? When it's hot I have mesh dirtbike gloves. Normally I wear deerskin gloves (BIG FAN) and when it it gets cooler I wear thin liners with them. When it really gets cold I have heated gloves. I use cruise control all the time too.

I also agree with everyone on the Olympia's.I had a pair of Icons and my hands would go numb after a couple of hours,with the Olympias I can have them on all day with no problems.

OP: I skipped reading the first three pages and offer this -
Your problem likely is due to the diameter of your grips and/or how tacky the rubber on them is. The smaller the diameter the grip, the easier it is too hold on to. Also if the rubber on the grip is tacky (sticky) you will need far less strength to hold it in position.
A Cramp Buster is also another great solution.
