Cool Just curious...

The previous owner changed the leather bags on my 06 Road King to the hard painted bags. I like the look better but I don't like the raw finish of the bags on the inside. Has anyone done anything to finish them off in any way on the inside?? Are there liners or anything that i can buy to clean them up??

I've seen liners, but not sure if they were H-D. Seems like there after market liners. Search this website or Google. Or maybe this is what you're looking for?

MCC, (mean city cycles) does some really nice liners, and there are several others, do a forum search or Google it.

What do you mean by 'clean them up'? Mine are smooth and painted matt black, which looks and works fine for me. I use lift out fitted bags when carrying luggage (except odds and ends) which also work fine.

Removable liners are sold by HD,Custom Chrome and a few others.

I bought a set from Custom Chrome which were about half the cost of the HD ones, however the HD ones do fit better.

There are liners available. I think J&P has them. The look doesn't bother me but liners would soften the blow when things rattle around in there.

I second the MCC liners. Velvet and plush. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fb...type=1&theater
