Not much difference in them. I went with the HD Smart charger. For your bike, it is a plus to install the Deltran pig tail if you don't have one already - makes hook ups easier. Mine also came with a clamp adapter to charge other batteries too.

The Schumacker 1.5 amp tender has all the features and is about $20 at Walmart.
I have had up to 9 bikes and six cages on them at one time. Some for a year or more. I have run them over with a car and they kept going. Some are ten years old. None have ever failed.
The processor in them does all the features such as detecting if sulfates are building up and going into a mode to correct that.

I have 5 plugged in now. The oldest is 7 yrs old and its still running strong. The new version is great. I have 3 of those, best of all they are only $20.
Go with the Battery Tender Plus over the Junior. Junior is .75a, and the Plus is 1.25a. The Plus is temperature compensated, the Junior isn't. Here's the info on both:
