The Schumacker 1.5 amp tender has all the features and is about $20 at Walmart.
I have had up to 9 bikes and six cages on them at one time. Some for a year or more. I have run them over with a car and they kept going. Some are ten years old. None have ever failed.
The processor in them does all the features such as detecting if sulfates are building up and going into a mode to correct that.
I have been using one fro Wal Mart (Schumacher) (sp) for 9 years no problems.
I bought a couple of battery tender jr.'s a couple of years ago for my bike and riding lawn mower when they were on sale for $17.95. They work great. Before that I always had to jump the lawn mower off my truck battery. Not any more.
I have a DelTran junior, recently purchased, used very little. It worked OK for awhile but now it won't stop charging, much less tender. Glad I found that out before I left home for a spell. Wouldn't buy another. The freggin thing was so hot I could barely touch it.
Made in PRC which I assume means "Peoples Republic of China." Does that mean Taiwan?
