I had the SE255's installed on my 08, 96" Street Glide today and I'm impressed. Right now I'm using a canned map from Fuel Moto and it's a night and day difference from the stock cams. I can literally feel them kick in at around 2500 RPM and they pull hard. I've tried to get them to drop off like what some have claimed, but they keep going. Hopefully next paycheck I'll have enough left over to have it dyno tuned to get evary last HP & TQ out of them; but until then I'm happy and can honestly say they are solid cams.

My butt dyno don't feel the drop off some of the others talk about. Can't help but smile when I twist the throttle. The 255's are perfect for my riding style. Lots of torque in the rpm range where I ride.
Many have reported the same results, and I do not want to suggest otherwise. for every report I have seen the cam is installed with a new canned map, tuner or dyno and/or the A/C and exhaust were changed at the same time.
my question then is did you have a stage 1 tune or dyno before adding the SE255 or are you going from stock to cam and stage 1.
I was already running: SE Heavy breather, S&S Power Tune Duals, Thunderheader slip ons, and a PCV from Fuel Moto with a canned map. The maps that Fuel Moto are good, but I know I will get better performance with a custom dyno tune.

Just put them in my Limited, and I can not get them to drop off either. Traffic, Long gradual grades, not an issue.
