Its very impotant you zero the throttle.The pc must be on the bike the bike must be warmed up and running and you hook your laptop to the pc and zero the throttle.
If you don't your maps are ineffective no matter who you bought it from.

The PC III you install on your bike must be set on your bike to your bikes throttle settings.
The PC III can not be preset with your bikes "0" throttle setting! All are different by just a fraction, therefore you need to set the "0" throttle yourself on your bike! You really don't need to set the "100" % or full throttle position, but it can be set either with the bike running or with the 9 volt battery connected.

I found the acc pump doesn't do much except use a lot of gas, and mess up the program. I don't like it, but some swear by it.
