looking for attitude
To that goal, I took off the engine guard, removed the large FL front fender and replaced it with the HD "Street Stalker" fender, replaced the factory wheels which look like rotating sewer covers with the chrome Agitator wheels and matching rotors, replaced the air cleaner with the much smaller and cooler looking Kuryakin High Five Mach II, and added the Vance & Hines Big Radius 2-Into-2 Exhaust.
The passenger backrest and luggage are the quick removable type, and I'm adding a solo seat and removing the passenger foot pegs.
All in all, I really like the way the bike looks. I think I accomplished my goal of making the bike look more nimble.
Good luck with your ride!

FWIW, I would read the "DIY MODS" post....it's LONG...but can save you some grief on buying parts you may not like ONCE you run them for a while.
i would try the street glide front fender, SG bag rails (lose the outer rails)
and a small air cleaner cover, i run a black powder coated Evo cleaner, $10 off ebay, $20 to P/coat it.
cheap & unique gives you attitude. buying HD or magazine stuff and throwing it on does not always work, but Ray pulled it off, so YMMV
here's what I did to my old RK:
