painted inner fairing
Finally breaking down and painting the inner fairing, question on the acc and cruise switch you can't paint them, has lights and writing, are they available in chrome or gloss black? If so anyone got the p/n can't find anything.

I painted mine. Taped off lights and painted over half worn off words. I took them out of the lower Switch housing to get a better shot on them just taped everything else like wires an switch body up.

I think they look just fine in black. But I did find out the rubber around your handlebars does not go back on after it is painted. Just the rubber strips on top that protects the front fairing hitting the inner part
