Default The Double-Secret Switch

OK, I've searched here, the parts catalogs, everywhereand I give up. I'm puttin' SS throttle cables on my '02 ElectraGlide, and there's a cheezy plastic switch with two wires running to it on one of the stock cables, about halfway down the cable (just in front of the tank). I don't have cruise, and the inner cable just passes right through it. What is it? What does it do? I can't find any reference to it anywhere, but it's definitely stock. Before I put everything back together, I need to know what to do with the wires.

Cruse control throttle roll back switch. they're on all of the baggers just in case you install a cruse control system later.

Cruise control throttle roll back switch.
Correct & it's the first thing to eliminate when your cruise is acting up........
