Default Remap after Jackpot Header install??

Looking to install Jackpot headers (2-1-2) on 09 SG. Have stage 1 AC and V&H Monster Ovals with HD ecm remap currently (with stock headers incl CAT). Bike runs great. But will I need to remap / install PCV etc, after new headers are installed?
thanks for advice in advance.

Youre going from a stock CAT system to a non CAT system with different mufflers so the flow will be different and could affect the over all performance. It is generally recommended that when ever a change is made to a motors performance design, a correct re-tuning should be done.

I have always been a supporter of getting a tuneable EFI vs a ECM flash. Yes it does cost more up front but in the long run, may be cheaper.

This is a very highly discussed topic and i would say 50% say yes to a tuner of some kind and others will say no tuner for a simple stage 1 (exhaust/ac). If you want some more performance then yes a tuner but if your just looking to have a little more sound and open the ac up a little then no. You say you have an hd ecm remap. Are you saying you have the stage 1 download? If yes then by opening up the exhaust and ac you have now brought it back to the stock lean condition which wont hurt anything.

Thank guys, I do have the HD stage 1 download done by LA HD. I just want a bit more exhaust noise as i find with the CAT its too quiet. Performance is fine currently (for me!) so if i put the JP Headers on you're saying that my current stage 1 download will be ok? no need to remap straight away?
thanks for fast replies guys!

Did you go through Fuelmoto? If so just call em up they will answer all your questions and hook you up with a new map if necessary.

I Don't know if I missed something while reading this, but the 09's
didnt have a cat. So i would think that it would not have to be remapped.

I may be wrong and have been known to be wrong many, many times!
