I can also tell you this, I haven't even bought anything from them yet and they have been excellent on the phone and Jamie himself has answered my email questions promptly. This plus all the positives I have read here makes purchasing from them a no brainer.
Don't be penny wise dollar foolish!
For Jamie: What if I bought my PV elsewhere not knowing about Fuelmoto's service and custom maps? Is is possible to pay for a map as a separate service?
Asking publicly in case others have the same question.
Hey jamie. Hope you and yours are having a good holidays. I have a PCV on my 09 classic which i bought from an indy after doing some mods. back then i didn,t know of your set up and customer support. Up here in canada where i live we don't have as much support or knowledge as the boys in US so everything we do we have to weigh pros and cons.I got a download from th indy that worked but had to get it dynod to work right. dyno shop went under so hesitant to do anything else.Bike works great, 45-50 mpg. If i decide to upgrade to say 103 with headwork can you provide a map so i don't have to get it dynod again( the closest would be big boyz in agusta me.) We did talk way back when and you were very supportive. keep up the great work.I can provide all the details when needed.

With the resources required to maintain the integrity and level of product support Fuel Moto is known for we are only able to offer tuning support and our FM maps to customers running products purchased thru our company.

While I bought mine from FuelMoto and use Jaime's maps whenever possible, don't forget DynoJet support....
I bought a second license for my '03 Heritage. Jaime didn't have a map for my 88, with the Harley big bore kit. He referred me to a guy at DynoJet (I forgot the name). They took my current HD download tune, tweeked it and when downloaded, the bike ran much better....!

I have Fuelmoto at my fingertips fortunately but thank you for the reminder that Dynojet is there as well.
