Love your bike, what do you fill your fender thread hole with when no passenger pillon is on the bike?

my seat is one piece right now, so I have the thumbscrew, not sure how I will go about filling the hole as I need to have both seats workable. Sometimes, my wife will ride with me, (getting less and less every year!) when she tells me shes done, I'll pull the fender and weld it and get it painted

since my fender is fiber glass it's a little thicker. I couldn't use Harley's $20 thumb screw so I just bought a 1/4x20 chrome bolt to leave in there.
