What years will stock 2013 headers fit?

2009 = large bungs for O2 sensors near the heads
2010-2011 = smaller bungs for O2 sensors
2012-2013 = smaller bungs at the cat
Same pies just different bung diameter, angle and location.
FYI, if you want to run a wide band O2 sensor you need to have the 2009 pipes or aftermarket for 2009

Thanks, I was basing my info on my purchase of V&H Power Duals for my 2012 FLHTK
V&H 16759 = Power Duals for 2009 w/18mm Bungs
V&H 16769 = Power Duals for 20010-11 w/12mm Bungs
V&H 16759 = Power Duals for 2010-13 w/12mm Bungs
Called V&H to understand differences and was told bung diameter, location and angle so assumed this transfered to stock headpipes
