Many of you seem to be guessing. My 2010 road king had the exact same header as my 2012 road king. Small O2 bungs down near the cat. Joe

Same pies just different bung diameter, angle and location.

FYI, if you want to run a wide band O2 sensor you need to have the 2009 pipes or aftermarket for 2009
This is the correct answer for the bung size and location. All 10 and later bikes had the cat, i cut one out of my 11 streetglide.

Thanks, I was basing my info on my purchase of V&H Power Duals for my 2012 FLHTK

V&H 16759 = Power Duals for 2009 w/18mm Bungs
V&H 16769 = Power Duals for 20010-11 w/12mm Bungs
V&H 16759 = Power Duals for 2010-13 w/12mm Bungs

Called V&H to understand differences and was told bung diameter, location and angle so assumed this transfered to stock headpipes
