What everyone else as said, my Road King was my first bike with ABS and said I wouldn't want to buy another bike without it and my Limited as ABS too; security package is an added bonus.

for the majority of riders (those of us who are human, and honest about our abilities) the answer is yes, it is worth it. however, you are going to get a bunch of answers from folks who will tell you that they can outbrake a computer any day of the week with their right hand tied behind their back.

having abs does not negate the need for the rider to brake properly. it does however, help keep you from busting your *** if you should fail in that regard. and in a panic stop, you don't know how you're going to react until it actually happens. you can (and should) practice that often, but really, no matter how much practice you do, until you see that drivers door in front of you, you will react differently.

If you like your bike and want to keep it.....Security = Yes.

If you like your life and wish to keep it......ABS = Yes!

I think the package is worth it and should you want to sell the bike, will make it more desirable and an easier sell.

ABS works great for me. If you get the security make sure you add on the siren.
