are you going to build the motor up ever? do you like loud? trick on this is to buy one exhaust and be done with it unlike some of us that had to put better pipes on for performance modifications.
Welcome to the forum from York Pa. The best pipes are the ones that you like the sound the best. Take you time in hunting for the perfect pipes. You want to get an aftermarket ECM. You will get a a lot of opinions on ECMs. Spend some time here on the site searching ECM, PCV, SERT, TTS and others.
you should go to bike events and see what YOU like the sound of.
then you should try to ride along with the pipes you "think" you like and see if they work for you at speed.
nothing less fun than loud pipes 2 hours into an 8 hour day.
I use supertrapp supermegs. they are adjustable for sound levels. They can be loud as most or quiet as stock, all the while providing great flow. Supermegs are always top rated in mufflers comparisons.
you also have a catalytic convertor in the header, this is an obstruction to flow and sound, some replace the header with aftermarket, some remove the cat.
better you do not make this choice too quickly.
and tuner- many options, many of which will void your 2 year factory warranty- I'd keep that warranty in place just in case you have trouble with the motor
just because your dealer may be offering you a deal on stuff when you buy the bike, don't rush into a decision

MGS has a good combo tuner-exhaust offering. I got it for my new 2013. Considered the CFR pipes because I like the sound a little better (but the MGS's sound great). But didn't want to sacrifice power and torque. The MGS and the Klock Werks are the only true duals that I know of that add HP and torque.
Welcome to the forum. Call FuelMotoUSA.com (a site sponsor) and ask specific questions so you can figure out a budget and end goals. Personally I think Power Vision is a great turner combined with MGS or Jackpot headers with slip-ons of your choice.
If you're going to do Stage1 or Stage 2 (cams), have them installed when you receive the bike so they are covered by the factory warranty IMHO. But its a good idea to know where you want to go with your mods initially before you start spending a ton of money.
