Take it to the dealer right away and have them check the tightness of the steering. I had mine done right away after a test drive and made a big difference. Should not have left the factory this way. They said it was very loose and drives better like my other Ultra's have.
I have a 2007 Ultra.

First thing they'll do is check the steering head bearings for proper torque - you might even suggest it. It's not unusual for a bike of any kind to be sensitive to road surface imperfections, btw. I have one stretch of road in town that always makes me wonder if my tires are properly inflated or if I just have a flat!

if you have spokes check for loose ones. start with the rear wheel.
