Power Commander customer support....
W O W !!!!!! As a Service Rep myself, I'm pretty hard on the whole customer service issue. But these guys are damn impressive!
I was having teething problems with my PC V and AT. I called them up this morning and got Pat. He told me what to do to get the remote access going on my laptop. Once that was up and running, I just sat there and watched him set my PC V and AT up with base maps and target values. All the while he's explaining to me what he's doing and why. And answering my questions. Then he said to go for a ride. It's 40 something and looks like it's gonna **** down rain any minute. But I said WTH and after donning some gear, away we go.
Now THAT'S what I'm talking about. Bike is muuuch more responsive and rolling that right grip rewards me with that deceptively smooth V twin pull and a throaty bellow from the MGS true duals. Bike is much more willing to wind out to 6000. 100mph comes before 5th gear does. He said about 20 miles, I did about 50 and would have loved to do more. Pulled in and updated the map from the AT trim values. And then jumped in the truck to head over to daughters to put a TV up on the wall.
MGS and Power Commander. I whole-heartedly recommend both.
