Seems like it is pretty nice in most parts of the country right now (for the middle of January, anyway). Had the bike apart for a few weeks and just got it put back together yesterday and am itching to ride. 65 degrees in St. Louis area this afternoon and I can't seem to get out of work to ride today before the sun goes down. Temperatures are supposed to fall Saturday afternoon and they are calling for rain/sleet/snow on sunday, so this is probably the last decent day to ride for a while. Wonder how many people are playing hooky from work to ride today that live a bit farther to the north.
Here in NY we are supposed to get some rain tonight. I hope it washes the salt off the roads 'cuz Sat & Sun (in the 50's) I'm riding !! I Just added the vented lowers and dying to see how well they work. With the heated gear it could be 10* I wouldn't care but I just don't like the salt.

74 and cloudy here on the gulf coast. Its been raining most of the week so Suzie has set in the garage. forecast for tomorrow is high 60's and a 20 percent chance of rain. Ill take that bet and be on the bike tomorrow. Too busy selling whiskey today to get in a ride.
I'm just about 3 hours south of you op. Rode to work today, road for an hour at noon, hope I can get a ride in tomorrow morning before the crappy weather hits.
Very, Very tempted here north of Chicago, but there is way too much salt on the roads and not enough rain to wash it away. My scooter and I are just too salt phobic!
Being just 2 hours from Springfield I also enjoyed 65 degree weather today. I was able to get about 60 miles in. This was my first good ride since installing a PCV and high flow AC, bike ran great.
