The Cycle Shacks on my new-to-me Streetglide are quiet at neighborhood speeds, get a growl when you gas the bike and don't burn out your ears on the freeway...
Everyone has their own opinion. I have V&H Monster Rounds with my Power Duals and could not be happier. Best thing to do is to go to a bike night or similar and listen to bikes similar to yours.
This is something you need to figure out on your own man, what's loud to me might not be to you and vice versa. 90% of the people on here are just gonna tell you to buy what they have because they like it and it's on their bike. Go to bike night, rallies, etc, and look for people running mufflers with the same motor as you. Big inch builds change the sound of exhaust so not a fair comparison.
Be patient and wait until you find exactly what you're looking for, will save you money in the long run. Power duals are great headers are yield great performance gains, you are off to a great start with what you have so far. Invest in a quality set of slip-ons with the sound "YOU" like and enjoy.

Do you want it to emit in excess of 83 decibels of sound?
I put on the Vance & Hines twin slash slip ons as well.
I put them on the stock headers ( 2011 flhtk) and changed nothing else. They give a really nice sound, louder then stock but not too loud. I can slip out of my driveway without waking the family if I don't hit the throttle and I can listen to my music but it sounds like a Harley as opposed to the stock slip ons which sounded like a car.

Stock headpipes sound great with an open style baffle like the python predator (made by vance & hines for drag specialties) but my Limited was too loud for me when I put on the true dual header pipes. I ended with Monster rounds and am very pleased.
