Thank to ABATE California Motorcyclist will get a watered down SB-435. I rember back in the 60's
the Cal. EPA wanted somg controls, now all 50 States have some sort of somg controls on
cars & motorcycles {Cats in the headpipes.} Remember as California goes so will the rest of the 49 States.
