..well...it's just a matter of time before bikes get fully regulated by all states...we are probably living in the last few years of freedom to modify our bikes the way we want..enjoy it!

Umm isn't this like a couple years old, the dates look to be from 2010, with it taking effect this year. Coming from Calif I understand the need for this law and support it. I hate the sound of a crotch rocket shifting thru the gears at 2:15AM.
i agree that there needs to be some sort of limit. but it needs to be acceptable. 0200 is not the time to be bouncing off the rev limiter doing burnouts or stoplight drags
