Since the WO610s aren't working out, I was thinking about the WO513. I like the look of the Wildones, however, I would like some input if there are other bars that are just as nice or nicer. Less expensive would be nice too. Yaffe or others?
Homework. Go to their site and click the link handlebars 101. A wealth of information. I have the 508's and very happy. You can experiment with other brands but I don't know of any other vendor that has a comparison chart. Best of luck!!!
FYI,,, Drag Specialties buys bars from Wild1s, they then assign them Drag Specialty part #s. The folks at Wild 1 are willing to confirm that this info is true, they will even give you the Drag Specialty part #s for the W1 bars. Drag Specialty sells the bars quite a bit cheaper than W1 does, Same bars!
They have nice bars, but for what I paid for my current bars, the only way I would justify paying what they charge is if they came prewired. Mine even came with a pull wire already installed and once on, you really cannot tell what the brand is.
Well, I tried the WO513s, still don't feel right. I am getting tired of changing bars - too much work.
I have a set of High handlebars (55954 00) in the garage, maybe one more try with those.
Check out the new line of Santee 1.25" bars, lots of variations and some have a little more pull back which is what I was looking for and they run from $105 up to $170.
