Default Looking for 5mm socket for brakes

I have been told that I need a 5 mm 12 point
socket for the pin on calipers.
Anybody know a good place to look for one.
Yes I have looked in my tool box!
Thanks

Maybe you are talking about the 12-point, 10mm socket you need for the bolts that mount the caliper to the lower leg? The only other two bolts are the brake pad "pins" and they are Allen head bolts.

mine is a 1/4" 12 point for the pins. I ran down to the local ace hardware and picked up a 1/2" drive socket after playing with a box wrench for a little while

Why do you need a 12 point socket and not a 6? If its because the bolt has 12 points it is a torx- better use the right tool and size to avoid stripping
