Garage candy, that's all it will ever do is sit in a garage or the show floor. I wouldn't even slow to look at it at a show, just not my thing. Poor bike will probably be retired in short order and collect dust for the remainder of it's existence.
Holy cow!! Good luck riding that any kind of distance! It will sit in a garage for years and when the owner decides its time to move on, it will be outdated and nobody will want it.....especially for what he will be asking for it. Poor poor motor wont be run hard for years!
I saw numerous bikes simular to that at SEMA 2012. Mostly, at wheel booths and some sound system booths. Probably, just a tax write off for some. Could also end up like a few bikes I know that just ended up as "trinkets" in someone's house (not the garage). Some collect figurines, some collect a lot more expensive figurines.
I bet the bike wasn't built for riding, but more for advertisement and show. Seems to have worked because it getting publicity here. Business expense write off for sure.
I doubt it even starts. The battery probably gets a workout running the stereo during shows and running the air pump to push it on and off the trailer. That would be about it.
