I've had the Pods for several years and recommend them. I now have them wired in parallel to some Hertz 6˝" fairing speakers (2Ω final output) and connected to a 125w x 2 Elf mini amp. Great sound. The Pods put the treble and upper midrange frequencies up at a better angle to hear them. I painted my inner fairing and Pod three years ago, too.
I got hogtunes upper and lower fairing speakers with tweeter pods. Better sound after adding the pods lastly. Also have T-Bag 3 pouch windshield bag up there too. Just have to force the bag down a little and the bag conforms. Looks great and sounds great. Added J&M saddlebag speakers as well now. Not to mention 2 H-Tunes amps behind the fairing. It ain't over, when I put on my detachable tour pack with J&M speakers I have 10 speakers total. Love my sound at even 100 mph. Lol

Fade controlled I assume...that's a nice setup. I'm still gathering pieces...only going to do this once (well, twice seeing I have the HT setup now.)
