I agree that if these items were to be made here the price would go up. I dont think business started going overseas to keep our cost down. They went overseas to increase their profit margin. So if we were to lessen the wage of the worker here products wont come back. It would make China lower theirs even more and protecting that margin for the companies. I think we need to tax the hell out of imports and quit giving tax breaks for companies that keep sending the work overseas. Also fine the hell out of companies that put the call centers in India. But thats personal because I hate it when I cant understand what that other person is saying.

how about putting some americans to work, **** on that china crap. i won't but yaffe crap or ness mess stuff for this reason, don't care who likes it or not. try to buy american ant time you can.

My A/N Big Sucker1 has "Made in America" stamped right on the face of the air filer.. So, I don't care if you like that or not.
That just goes to show how much you really know.

Everybody pretty much says the Harley parts are foreign made. But after replacing and buying some stock parts, all I have found is made in USA on the parts off my 2009 SG. Now the accessory parts from the catalog are a different story. As far as wages go, it's a race to the bottom. World market it seems isn't on our side.

Replace more parts and you will find something not made here!
