I have some lower back issues. Thats why I bought a new Road Glide Ultra. That's what I told the wife anyways. Not sure if I should spend the money on new shocks for maybe a seat. Seats either the hammock or the Zepplin. Shocks dealer is trying to sell me HD brand but sounds like I should be looking at something aftermarket. What your thoughts?
You look the same coming and going, an ***. No pun intended.
I got the lower back thing and new seat helped out a lot. I could not ride the sporty 20 miles without gettin off and feeling like I had been beaten. New seat from Drag Speacialty helped extremely, after a 100 mile run I got off and could walk.
Many of the the forum people talk about this seat and I am gonna get one.

Go here and then call Howard at motorcycle metal. He will steer you in the right direction for the right shocks, which will be a better bet than a seat for your back. Having said that, a combination of the right shocks and right seat will make all the difference in the world. Been where you are. JRI B shocks and a Mustang Tour seat and Im good for 10 hour days. No comparison to the stock air shocks and seat.
