Looking for information on these tires. Is there any difference between the American Elite tires and the American Elite 3 tires. I hear the feedback on the E3 is longer wear as compared to the stockers.
Having a heck of a time finding anybody that carries the bias ply E3's for a 2010 Street Glide. They all have the rear, but nobody can find that new 18" front that Dunlop just released.
Is anyone running the radials on a 2010+ Street Glide? Opinion?
A little confused. Their are American Elite and Elite 3 by Dunlop. The Differance is mainly in the tire sizes and aspect ratio. Slightly different tread pattern. Neither were stock on HD's. I have a 2010 limited and have been running American Elite. Good tire 14,000 on the rear, new one on order now. Front is still good. Little or no cupping til after 12,000. Not sure about the Street Glide like you said you have an 18" front and mine is a 17"
The Elite 3 is available in bias ply 130/70-18. You'll have to run a E3 in front and a America Elite rear. I'm running the same combo as chevele72. I talked to a Dunlop rep and no problem mixing the tw.o
