This guy will just be laughed at. COmpanies look at letters like this and side against you. They like normal acting people not people who are bashing their brand. If they figure they lost a customer they will not bend over backwards to retain one.
Painting lemons is nothinbg new. i will laugh at you like a laugh at every other tool who did it. i have seen it on everything from cars to bikes. Be like everyone else and I will laugh at you too.
This is just the same douche who posted about his wreck and his opening statement was how crappy his bike was and that it was not his fault. He wrecked he said from almost getting rear ended not a head on colission. Completely avoidable.... learn how to ride.
Ditto, Vegas. The MOCO publishes its recalls. I have even got an e mail about the locking mechanism issue. Whenever I work on my bike, or on the occasion that a tech does,I take it for a thorough test drive. In a safe environment. You don't trust someone else with your life, only yourself. It is like jumping out of an airplane. Would you rather trust someone else to pack your chute, or pack your own? I definitely wouldn't try to pass a vehicle, on a motorcycle that I new had power loss issues, and had just been in for service to fix those issues unless I had thoroughly tested it. Especially if the dealer that just "fixed" the bike was the one I had just let work on it again. Choochoo: do your lemon law thing, get your money back, and move on.
thanks for the link. I went to HD site originally after going through numerous site links and not finding I gave up.
Ok I followed your link and put in my vin. and mileage.
Took me to a check list of things to do at that mileage. But I don't see any link that takes you to any recalls or service bulletins. MAybe I'm blind.
And you know whats FUNNY, at bottom of page a link WE CARE ABOUT YOU
And in this day and age of EMAIL TECHNOLOGY you still can't send an email to HDMOCO,
Probably because to them you are just a worm and they already got your money.
Go to suzuki's home page. Right there in the upper right corner is a link recalls.
No looking for it or a maze of menus'
Just goes to show once again HDMOCO doesn't want you to have an easy time of getting any info from them.
Were you drinking Jack and Coke when you had your accident? Does your bike have brakes? Why did you not just use them and slide back into your own lane. Seems to me the best thing that could happen is for you to sell that bike and make the roads safer for those of us that know how to ride.
