Having a MC license does not mean they have experience riding a heavy bike. Take them for a ride.

Ok, so a guy shows up with insurance card and proper license. What tells me that he has ample coverage to pay for damages to my bike if he dumps it. Seems that would have to be collision coverage for the value of "my" bike, which a lot of people don't carry. Someone would have to plan a bit in advance to coordinate that with their insurance carrier.

The ole double-edged sword. When I'm selling, no test rides - When I'm buying, I will not buy without a test ride. Sadly, no good answer.
