This may be a stupid question, but is the efi on my 04 classic made by delphi or is delphi an aftermarket product??? If so what are the pluses and minuses about it. Thanks.
BR
FYI, your lifters are made by Delphi. They are nothing more than Chevy small block lifters. When I did my cam swap, I put in Crane lifters for a Chevy. They were the exact same lifter as the one Crane markets for HD. The only difference was the part number and the price. The Chevy numbered ones cost me about 50 bucks for four, compared to 200 bucks or so for the ones with the HD part number. http://www.delphi.com/manufacturers/...etrain/roller/
Using car parts on HD's is nothing new. My Ironhead uses a Chevy points, and a Chevy voltage regulator.
