great idea ...all you have to do now is package it and sell it in saudi arabia for those cool nites ,and also include a trailer with a small generator in it to plug the heater into it ,and then you can add a coffee maker and toaster to do breakfast on the iron butt run
I'd probably try to adapt a small torpedo heater to the front lowers. Just change the bottles out as needed.
No need for messy wires or complicated transformers or inverters. The natural air flow during riding will push the heat thrugh the unit.
I have the whole get up and I don't know what I did without them!!!!! Also by the adapter for the old square 2 prong style to the new "coax" connection and you will only need one harness to run your battery tender....
