I had a 08. Put 22,000 miles on it with no problems. Unless you ride hard in the twisties you will not know the difference in it and the new frame. The old frame bikes ride smoother to me.

Thanks for all the comments! So I had a metric bike....told my fiance the other day that I was looking at Harleys. She says "but I like your bike now". I told her that's fine, let's just take this one for a ride and if you don't like it, we won't get it. Not even a mile into the ride, she says "we have to have this". Lol, it was great.

I'm now a proud first time owner of a HD. Thanks again!

I have been on an 08 UC for a little over a year now. It has stage 1 done and running xied's to fix the air fuel ratio. 18000 + miles on it and no problems. The wife amd I love this one. Won't be the lastHD but planning on keeping this one a while. Hope you enjoy yours as much as we do ours.

So I was looking through the owners manual for my scoot. Came across a handwritten note on one of the pages that said "Screaming Eagle Stage IV". Would there be an easy way to tell what has been done to the bike? Obviously, it could just be a note and that's it. I'm going to call the dealer it was purchased at on Tuesday but figured I could do a bit of searching on my own.

I believe stage IV has different heads on it. There will be a plaque on the head that says screaming eagle or CNC ported. There will be some sort of tuner involved too.

If it is a stage IV it will be one bad *** bike. HD claims 100 hp and 110 tq.
