Anybody have a pic of the new HD fork mounted deflectors on? I put them on my RK and they hit the engine guard and severely limited how much I could turn the handlebars.
I dont see how they hit your engine guard. They do not hit mine. Do you know you can adjust them slightly? Do yo have the curve facing the correct way?

I went home last night and looked at them again and realized I must have the curve the wrong way. I think they'll be fine. Pretty disappointing when I can't even figure out how to put these on!

I like my black JES deflectors. They blend in well with the black bike. When they color match your paint, they just look like part of the body work to me. Especially if you have lower fairings. These things work really well.
I've been running the fork mounted wind deflectors for years.
I like the way they work and look.
I've told folks before, that if you want to see (in wind reduction) what the deflectors will do for you (and your bike), while driving drive your bike, cross your left arm across your chest and hold it against your body, remove and try it again.
I had the wind deflectors on my '92 & '95 Heritages and my '96 & '03 RK's and my wife has them on her '08 Heritage.
The wife's '08 Heritage with the "96 T/C always ran hot but the wind deflectors didn't seem to affect the heat (at least not enough to notice).
I never put a set on my 2000 Ultra because I had the rotor & caliper light kit and they are not compatible with the wind deflectors.
I just ordered the JES wind deflectors for my 2013 CVO S/E Ultra.
Curious to know why the design change. I have the old style on both my 08' RK and 13' Ultra Limited and wouldn't ride without them. Can wear a baseball cap at 70 mph. No head bobble at all. I also have the triple tree deflector on both which were installed prior to the fork deflectors so not sure how effective by themselves. FT
