In defense of the op, I'd think he is just upset that hard earned money turned into rusty chrome. I don't think the initial concern here is whether or not cfr is gonna stand behind the product, but more the frustration that it even happened. The last time I checked, this is an Internet forum, you are allowed to express your dissatisfaction in a product. If cfr does him right, then he should follow up letting everyone know that they did. For the record, I'd be pissed too....
The inside tips on mine started to corrode and peel just after a year. I called CFR and was told to submit pictures, an hour later they replied and said send them in for replacement . I had new ones back in a week, that's great customer service, hats off to Cary at CFR .
Actually spending more for quality pipes does make a difference. Go cheap and you will get cheap quality, spend a couple of hundred more and in the long run it will pay off.

That's usually true....but what irritates me is the "Harley" factor.
Got some nice new quality Cobra muffler/header setup for my sons VTX1300 and they were 360 bucks....basically the same setup for a Harley is over 600
