Last fall, my Kickshoe was ripped from my Road Glide when I traveled over a bump in a turn at slow speed. This type of involuntary removal is not necessarily a design flaw...might have been a hard lean in conjunction with the bump. Nonetheless, I brought this fact to Brukus Bike's attention, and they are replacing it at no cost.
Friends, customer service like this is rare in this day and age, and I highly recommend doing business with a company (like Brukus) that cares for its customers - no questions asked. BTW, I also own the Saddlebag Secure system and am pleased with it, too.
Not an employee or investor - just a pleased customer.
Can't comment on the quality of there Kickshoe,I haven't had time to install it yet because it came so late. But to me, there service sucks. I ordered the shoe on 2-16 and didn't recieve it till 3-8. Way too long for me. They told me two different times that it had been shiped and it had not. Its just not my way of taken care of the customers.
I have the kickshoe and may of their other products. I had to check in with their customer service and they were very responsive. THumbs up on their stuff.
Just ordered my saddlebag secure and seat secure from them. They are en route. I forgot about the HD Forums discount and when I e-mailed they refunded the difference after the fact.
I recently ordered a saddlebag secure system and tourpak bullet from them. Shipment didn't show up so I sent them an email (somehow they made a label but it never shipped.) Anyway, once I told them it didn't arrive, they immediately expedited the shipment and reimbursed all shipping charges. Very good customer service at Brukus.
Last year when I ordered my Saddlebag Secure, I arrived missing one of the security screws. I called up, Kaye apologized profusely sent out the missing screw the same day and credited my account for $5.00 for the inconvenience. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is.
