Customer service!!!

I've had the Legends Air System on my 2007 Street Glide for 4 years. I love the ride and the ease of adjusting it. One of the shocks started to leak so I called them up. Talked to Jason in warranty department and he said he was sorry for the inconvienence and just ship them back and they would take care of the issue. I said both of them? He said yes because he wanted to check the other one and make sure that it was okay. I thought that was cool. Got a phone call today and they are going to send me a new set to replace the ones I sent them, not fix them! Can you say AWESOME!! Turn around time was 3 days shipping to them in Sturgis, 1 day for them to pack up new set. They will be mailing out on Monday so I should have them installed before the next weekend. Legends Air Systems knows how to treat their customers. If you have had any good experiences with a Vendor please share. Thanks
