How do you get the risers off????

How do you get the risers off????
I know that this is probably a dumb question, but I am putting on my apes, and am replacing the riser bushings. Do the risers spin off, or is there something I am missing? It looks like they are on bolts, but they do not want to move. It's a 99 Ultra Classic. Thanks in advance!

Had the same problem myself.....you will see the bolt head underneath the riser.....turn the steering from one side to the other to expose the bolt to get a wrench to it.....by the way, your avatar is very hypnotic
