I have been doing the deep clean on the harley while waiting for a bit of riding weather.
Had it torn down and had a rag in the throtle body while air cleaned on bench.
easier to clean around engine and putter in there.
Well yesterday I decided I would start it up before oil change and let it warm.
Started great and I let it idle for at least a minute..I bliped the throttle instant stall...hummm started right up again and idled great but stalled again when throtle applied..... humm
it has gas.... hummm
looked down and saw shop rag sticking out of throtle body...trying to be sucked in!
Wow Was That dumb..
pulled rag and ran Like a champ..
