Will the head pipes off a 2007/2008 street glide fit a 2004 Electra?

I would think so but you would have to plug the O2 holes.

Yes. I have an 08 aftermarket system on my 1990 Glide, with plugs.

as mentioned. just take the head pipe to your local auto parts store and they will have the o2 plug you need. it's like 4 bucks

the frame/pipes changed in 09. all earlier versions will work
