Default street glide side kick seat

Who has a sidekick seat on their street glide and what is your overall impression of it. i feel it would be a cosmetic upgrade for my bike but how is it for everyday riding. post some pics of your bikes with it and any links to a good deal for one.

Thanks
Bob

I have it and love the look!
Drawbacks are long distance it gets a little rough on the lower back but that may be me. I stop every couple of hours. It lowered me to the point where I am actually sitting perfect in regards to windshield height and almost flat footed. 5'7". The padding is not thick and when you hit the throttle it seemed to let me sink into it almost locking my arms out anotherwords real soft. I took it to my seat guy and he glued in 2 inches of marine grade foam near the tail bone and its perfect now! For around town and short trips its fine. For passengers I would not go more than and hour or two. My wife hates it but when we go out she has to suffer because I love the look. It has placed me to where if you take a string from the top of the windscreen and pull it straight back level it would touch the spot between my eyes so I have little wind and the stock screen actually works for me being short.I had my seat guy recover it and put my logo on it and thats about it. I cost a little more in the end and I probably would have gone with a Corbin seat similuar in shape and style if they would stock one in their store here in Daytone but for some reason they have little inventory??? There are some things I would buy without trying it out but for a seat no way, its a must to sit on it on your bike.

Overall looks for the glide: 100% improvement
Position: Perfect couldent be better
Comfort: from 1-10 I give it a five
Cost benefit: Likemost products its over priced. It should probably sell for $250 not $380.You can get a better seat from Corbin or Mustang with a higher grade foamand in the end I spent the same after the modifications that I would have on a Corbin.

Have one on my roadglide with the longer tank chrome, you know these are made by Corbin for harley and they have that memory foam which is very comfortable for what it is. Not to say its a great long distance seat but much better than most other custom seats.

I went a different route: www.ccseats.com

Pictured below as a separate solo and passenger pillion. Comfortable. Drops you down an inch or so. Lays over the tank/seat transition as if it were poured on.

Still have my Sundowner for passengers on looooong rides but this one's good for a 300 mile day anytime.

How would the comfort compareto the stock street glide street ? i am sold on the looks but i am looking for experiences comparing the two. I will always keep my stock seet and eventually get a rider backrest for long hauls but u never know when you leave on a saturday how long you will be gone and i dont want to cut my days short due to lack of comfort. looks are equally as important to me.Any experiences with the bad lander seat? any comparisons.

No experience with the Badlander here. This seat from C&C is so much better than the stock you would never want to go back.

For long range rides I would lditch the stock altogether and look at the HD Sundowner. Do a search on this site to find lots of reviews on it.

Cosmetically theSundowner is a step above the stock whileIMHO the C&C seat is far more beautiful.
