About this bike? Low miles, extras and a decent price price i think. I am looking to add a bagger to the stable and i think this one fits the bill.

Nice bike, and low miles, but I'd look a little more, $13k for a 07 is a little steep IMO. Here is a 2011 RK with 3,000 miles for $15k, much better deal for a $2k difference. Not saying buy this bike, but there are much better deals out there.
I saw a beautiful 2012 RK with 6,000 miles for $14,500 locally a few weeks ago, thats a steal.

The bike looks pretty good. I really like the color. 2007 with 4000 miles? Someone didn't ride it much!
