Is that possible to have the fabrication date with the VIN number? the day and the month.And how do i know if i need a reflash for a flhtcu 2007.

Go to harleys web site and you can enter your vin. for any updates that apply to your bike. Any bike built before november 06 will be included.

 

The build date is on the VIN tag on the frame neck. Use the web site as if you were check on your pending service requirements (1000m, 5000, etc) and if there are any additional service bulletins or recalls out standing it will tell those too, if not it will say nothing about them.
