My Power Vision is showing approximately 12 to 14 more Miles per Gallon than what I hand calculate.
I posted this on the Electrical/Ignition/Tuner/ECM/Fuel Injection Forum and had one post suggesting that I just need to update the Firmware on my unit, which I've done, but I haven't had a chance to go for a ride yet to see if that solved the problem.
Will the Firmware Update correct my problem or do I need to make some sort of adjustment to the Power Vision itself, to correct the MPG function?

You need to run a tank or 2 through it to set the correction factor for both your miles and miles per gallon. This can be done on the trip screen by just entering the actual miles and actual gallons when you fill up.
